Brawl delayed..... in Japan/Updates

UPDATE: We recently posted about Sonic the Hedgehog being added to Super Smash Brothers Brawl, but a trailer was also released with it that you can view right here! In the trailer, we see Sonic transform in Super Sonic and that music from Sonic Adventure 2 (for Dreamcast) was used in the background (which was considered one of the only good rock soundtracks from a Sonic game). Also, be on the lookout for GamersCast's extensive preview of Super Smash Brothers Brawl, coming soon!

Well, it may be sad, but Super Smash Brothers Brawl has been delayed, in Japan. Why only Japan? We have no idea! Nonetheless, in the same announcement they also showed some brand-new features of the game! The previously announced Co-Op mode will now be online, for starters. And it was also announced that Sonic the Hedgehog will be making an appearance in the game as well! He is only the 2nd 3rd party character to be confirmed for Brawl so far, though there are obviously many more out there. And to be even nicer, Nintendo was kind enough to release a trailer for the game, which you can see below (If you are viewing this via the newsletter, you will have to go to GamersCastPodCast.com/news to see it).

Anyway, if you are wondering when Super Smash Brothers Brawl was delayed to, the answer is January 24, 2008. However, the game will still be released on December 3, 2007 in the United States as planned before.
