The first expansion to Fallout 3 universe has hit the Live Marketplace today (for Windows Live and Xbox Live) and is available to download for 800 Microsoft Points (the equivelent of $10).
In this expansion, you will be able to liberate Alaska from the Chinese, just before the Nuclear War of 2077. The added content gives about 6 additional hours of play, as well as adds new quests, weapons, apparel, perks, and achievements to the game.
This downloadable content entitled Operation: Anchorage is the 1st of three expansions announced for the game. The second expansion, The Pitt will be released next month. And the final announced expansion, Broken Steel will be released in March.
Not convinced it's worth the 800 points? Check out GamersCast's YouTube Channel, where I just uploaded a video walking you through and detailing the first hour of gameplay in the expansion. Check it out at:

No Zelda...... yet
The countdown clock previously thought to be countdown to the announcement of the next Legend of Zelda game, turns out to actually be a countdown for a Japanese PSP game known as Yuusha 30.
That's a tiny bit of a let down in my opinion....
But don't worry as the Game Developers Conference is right around the corner! Chances are Nintendo could make the announcement there, as it was at this conference Nintendo originally announced the Revolution (now known as Wii) and Twilight Princess.

New Zelda Announcement?
Well, it has just come to my attention that a mysterious countdown clock has appeared on the Japanese Marvelous Entertainment website. The countdown clock features a Triforce leading many to believe it is counting down to the announcement of the next Zelda game.
As it is on an official developers website, that gives this rumor a lot of credibility! The countdown is done entirely in seconds, but after some math, it translates to about 4 days. So, could there be an announcement in the next few days? Keep it here and stay tuned!

CES: Windows 7 BETA Live
It's amazing, isn't it? It seems like just yesterday Windows Vista and Project Mojave happened, and yet here we are close to yet another new version of Windows! The new operating system supposedly has a lot of new stuff going for it, but after the disaster that was the Vista launch, I'm not gonna be too eager to jump on this release. Nonetheless, for those daring souls who are willing to take the Leap of Faith, can download the public BETA release of Windows 7, can download it from: WindowsLive.com

Wii Sports - Best Selling Game of All-Time!
Just recently, Wii Sports has been named the best selling game of all-time! This has been figured out after a few calculations done by VGChartz. The previous record holder, was Super Mario Brothers for the NES. It should be noted that like Wii Sports, Super Mario Brothers was a game that was also bundled with its respective console. However, in the case of Wii Sports, it was not bundled in Japan or South Korea, where the system has a 45% attach rate.
To avoid confusion, we previously reported the Super Smash Brothers Brawl was the fastest selling Nintendo game of all-time, not best selling as many of you had implied (based on e-mails we have received).
Super Mario Brothers held the position has best game for 24 years before being knocked off the top spot by Wii Sports.
