First Halo 3 Map Pack Announced

It has not been long since Halo 3 first launched and the first map pack is already releasing. The Halo 3 Heroic map pack will arrive on the Xbox Live Marketplace on December 11, 2007. The pack will include three maps. Standoff is a symetrical valley great for slayer matches. Rat's Nest is an "indoor vehicle paradise" which was strongly influenced by campaign mode and is great for big team battles. The last map, Foundry, is made with forge in mind. In this map, you can edit EVERYTHING letting users create the map of their dreams. The Heroic map pack will cost 800 MS Points or $10 but will become free this spring. As you already know, my Xbox 360 died and was sent to Texas to get repaired. It is coming back and hopefully be at my door on Wednesday 11/21.
